This is our first naturally processed coffee from Ethiopia. Coming from the Burma Hamasho station in Sidama, it expresses a strawberry fruitiness with a nice winey texture. Some naturally processed coffees can be a little "funky", but this one is nicely balanced and is a perfect little treat :)
